Rubber Knee High Boots with Polka Dot and Tall Wellies

Nothing like the plain rubber field welly. The Romilly Women's Rubber Knee High Boots carry an all-over polka dot print on a full knee-high shaft, and a small buckle strap at the top takes up the slack so the boot does not slide down the leg.
